Message	fuel pump failures and failed wastegates. My local dealer has had atleast 15 cars come back for the fuel pump issue and recently a lot for the w/g issue. I know the one of the techs there and he told me that BMW tells them to start looking for mods whenever there is any driveline or engine related complaint. The 335's are constantly monitored for mods if you go in for their "free" 4 yr 50 k service. One poor sod put in the SST upgrade and forgot to remove it before service - warranty voided on the spot. Car is worthless for resale because the VIN has been tagged. Anything going wrong with driveline will have 0 warrnty on that car now.
